This Resource Mobilization Strategy is an important step in aligning the overall business cycle of RECSA. Strategic priorities have been redefined and condensed within four priority areas of the strategic framework 2016-2020. The consolidated resource requirements 2016-2020 reflects a system of planning and budgeting that will seek to deliver these priorities. Based on an in-depth analysis, the resource mobilization strategy will also aim to establish a baseline as well as an integral framework for resource mobilization in respect of the priorities by identifying funding benchmarks at both Secretariat and Member States levels.
